What travelers say:
During the trip to Brazil, I went to the restaurant to taste the Brazilian cuisine 600 years ago. I came to a taste buds trip across time and space. The special feature of this restaurant is that there are food, culture, and temperature. The chef de mission of the restaurant, Fabio, is dedicated to popularizing Brazilian food culture, and he has shown me the long history of Brazilian cuisine and unique cuisine culture with PPT presentations, wonderful oral presentations and music (he played the flute). Listening, feeling, enjoying the waves of carefully prepared food, every sensory move was great! After the full experience, I must say that Fabio is a true master of food and history, well-versed and passionate in Brazilian food. Eat Tips restaurant is open only on Sundays every week. You need to make an appointment in advance, make an appointment through a travel agency before arriving, or send an email directly to chef Fabio, so that he can prepare you for a more private dining experience. The sooner the better.
